Adding Termux documents.
Merging Jekyll to this repo making a self contained helper for all Markdown files in Termux.
Added to see if I needed to modify my local Linux build from Termux or if Ubuntu latest has me covered.

I got a little ahead of myself and tried building too many architectures at once.
