Discord Selfbot v2.0.0

This is the first public release of the selfbot that uses v1.0 of discord.py. All third-party cogs that worked on older versions will break from this version onwards. Cog authors should consult the discord.py v1.0 migration guide for more details.

• Better google search. Google cards are supported. Get nice looking embeds for stuff like weather, translations, dictionary results, and other general info just like the google cards you see when you google search on the web. Google web search no longer has the 100 times per day limit (although image search still does)
• Run the bot on Windows by just double clicking run.bat.
• Countless other bug fixes thanks to users who reported them.
