Add additional SEGGER J-Link model ID to USBDebugger resource

Description
Add additional SEGGER J-Link model id to the USBDebugger resource. Have been tested on a distributed infrastructure by flashing a Nordic nRF5340 board with built in J-Link using the OpenOCDDriver.
