Motivation

I am hoping this will address a couple Dependabot issues:

Regenerating the lock file has addressed similar Dependabot issues in the past.

Test Plan

yarn audit on main:

75 vulnerabilities found - Packages audited: 1498
Severity: 48 Moderate | 27 High

yarn audit on this branch:

4 vulnerabilities found - Packages audited: 1510
Severity: 4 High

I'm not 100% sure that fixes these specific issues, but it is at least an improvement.
