Significant updates in trade and storage, allowing endogenous bi-directional trade capacity, storages' input and output are required to be on the same level of time-slices, added initial level of storage, other minor changes in methods' interface and bugs fixes.

fixing the version before major renaming

15th version has several major improvements over the 7th:

• getData and getData_ improvements with options of getting data in list or merged dataframe, as well as retreaving data from parameters and variables;
• trade between regions and ROW polished and tested;
• parallel computing on data-exchange steps with solvers;
• added GIS info into the model and choropleth maps and trade;
• ggplot2 stacked bars for scenrios;
• groups for commodities and technologies for figures;
• some less important others and bugs fixes.
