I de-pantsed this script, as I didn't have to like bootstrapping Pants just to call Github. This new script uses the
ghCLI directly.One of the reasons to avoid Pants for this, is that avoiding the bootstrapping phase will let this script be a part of (e.g.) weekly dev releases and committed as part of the CI.
I wouldn't mind if someone else grabbed this to sanity test, but I deleted releases into the mid 2025's and let it re-run, and didn't observe JSON changes.
