Description of Problem
resolves: #3333
Add a concise SSR warning near the to="body" example in the Teleport docs.
The original issue proposed framework-specific details (Nuxt, vike-vue, etc.), but kept it framework-agnostic with a link to the SSR guide.
Happy to add more details if needed!
